Berri Barmera Council engaged DARE Studio to develop and produce a 3D modelling animation of the proposed Waterfront Precinct Upgrade to assist in community consultations and engagement. Upon completion, the new and upgraded precinct has become a lively area completely revitalising the Waterfront Precinct in Berri Barmera.
